Warum die Eingliederung der Krim ins russische Reich von damals legitimer sein soll als der \u00dcbergang der Krim an die Ukraine unter Chrustschow, erl\u00e4utert er nicht. Er wird ja nicht das Jahr 1783 als Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr die europ\u00e4ische Ordnung nehmen wollen. Auch wenn die Ukraine damals als Staat nicht existiert hat, gibt es ganz unbestritten eine ukrainische Kultur und Sprache. Will er damit die Existenzberechtigung Polens (das damals geteilt wurde) oder Sloweniens (das \u00fcberhaupt erst 1991 erstmals ein selbst\u00e4ndiger Staat wurde) oder des Kosovo (der immer noch nicht von allen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern \u2013 auch nicht von der Ukraine \u2013 anerkannt ist) bezweifeln? Warum sollte der Vertrag von 1783 zur \u00dcbernahme der Krim durch Ru\u00dfland g\u00fcltiger sein als das Budapester Memorandum von 1994, in dem Ru\u00dfland die Grenzen Ukraine (inklusive Krim) garantiert hat.
