Dabei sollten sie als Regierungsmitglieder dem Land und nicht der Partei dienen. Ein Kommentar von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.karlvonhabsburg.at\">Karl von Habsburg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das Magazin \u201eCercle Diplomatique\u201c fragte Au\u00dfenministerin Karin Kneissl einmal nach ihren St\u00e4rken im Au\u00dfenministerjob. Die Ministerin antwortete: \u201eDas ist kein Job, sondern ein Amt, und das ist ein Riesen-Unterschied. Ein Amt ist ein Dienst an der \u00d6ffentlichkeit, ein Job ist etwas, was man vielleicht w\u00e4hrend des Studiums gemacht hat, um Geld zu verdienen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Wer Medienberichte \u00fcber Auftritte und T\u00e4tigkeiten von Regierungsmitgliedern aufmerksam verfolgt, wird feststellen, dass seit Jahren Minister immer mit der Partei genannt wird. Da liest man dann vom \u00d6VP-Wirtschaftsminister und vom FP\u00d6-Innenminister. Minister die nicht einer Partei angeh\u00f6ren kann es gar nicht mehr geben. Obwohl nicht Mitglied einer Partei wird die oben zitierte Ministerin Karin Kneissl dann zur FP\u00d6-Au\u00dfenministerin.<\/p>\n<p>Nun ist es ein Faktum, dass bei Wahlen Parteien kandidieren, und diese Parteien dann ihre Kandidaten in die Minister\u00e4mter schicken. Dort aber sollten sie nicht mehr der Partei dienen, sondern dem Land, und vor allem den B\u00fcrgern des Landes. Minister kommt auch vom lateinischen Begriff ministrare, also dienen. Ein Ministeramt ist ein Dienst, nicht eine Herrschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Aus welchem Grund auch immer sich die Parteizuordnung bei den Minister\u00e4mtern etabliert hat, egal ob sie von PR-Strategen der Parteien durchgesetzt oder von Journalisten erfunden wurde, sie ist eine Beschreibung \u2013 und das ist das Ehrliche daran \u2013 des Zustandes der aktuellen Politik, auch wenn es Ausnahmen gibt.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Korrektur dieser Gewohnheit durch die Medien durch die Weglassung der Parteinennung bei Ministernennungen w\u00fcrde den Zustand als solchen zwar noch nicht \u00e4ndern, aber es w\u00e4re doch ein gewichtiger und allt\u00e4glicher Denkansto\u00df, was ein Ministeramt bedeutet.
