{"id":1768,"date":"2019-03-28T09:38:31","date_gmt":"2019-03-28T08:38:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=1768"},"modified":"2019-03-28T09:38:31","modified_gmt":"2019-03-28T08:38:31","slug":"reisefreiheit-fuer-den-kosovo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/reisefreiheit-fuer-den-kosovo\/","title":{"rendered":"Reisefreiheit f\u00fcr den Kosovo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Wieder einmal wird heute im Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament ein Bericht <a href=\"http:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/doceo\/document\/A-8-2016-0261_DE.html\">(Fajon-Bericht<\/a>) abgestimmt, in dem es um die Visafreiheit f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger des Kosovo geht.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201eF\u00fcr alle L\u00e4nder S\u00fcdosteuropas, die noch nicht der EU angeh\u00f6ren, ist diese Visafreiheit l\u00e4ngst Realit\u00e4t\u201c, so Stefan Hab\u00f6ck, internationaler Referent der Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich. \u201eNur die B\u00fcrger des Kosovo werden noch irgendwie als Menschen zweiter Klasse betrachtet.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die EU hat der Republik Kosovo einen umfangreichen Kriterienkatalog vorgelegt, um die Visafreiheit zu erlangen. Das Land hat alle Kriterien erf\u00fcllt, die Kommission hat die Erf\u00fcllung der Kriterien best\u00e4tigt und auch die Sicherheitslage \u00fcberpr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n<p>Gefordert sind nun insbesondere die EU-Mitgliedsl\u00e4nder, in denen einige immer neue Ausreden erfinden, um die zugesagte Visafreiheit nicht zu gew\u00e4hren.<\/p>\n<p>Schon w\u00e4hrend der Ratspr\u00e4sidentschaft \u00d6sterreichs hat sich die Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich eine konkrete Umsetzung der Visa-Freiheit f\u00fcr die Kosovaren erwartet. \u201eVersprochen wurde, wenn der Kosovo die Kriterien erf\u00fcllt, kommt die Visafreiheit. Gehalten wurde das Versprechen nicht.
