{"id":1781,"date":"2019-04-08T18:10:30","date_gmt":"2019-04-08T16:10:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=1781"},"modified":"2019-04-08T18:10:30","modified_gmt":"2019-04-08T16:10:30","slug":"proteste-in-albanien","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/proteste-in-albanien\/","title":{"rendered":"Proteste in Albanien"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Albanien k\u00e4mpft immer\u00a0wieder mit politischen\u00a0Wirren.\u00a0Von Rainhard Kloucek<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Anfang M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres w\u00e4hlte das General Council der albanischen moslemischen Gemeinschaft einen neuen Vorsitzenden f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten vier Jahre. Gew\u00e4hlt wurde schlie\u00dflich mit einer Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der Stimmen Bujar Spahiu. Er gilt als ein moderater Vertreter der moslemischen Gemeinschaft, der europ\u00e4isch orientiert ist. Der Wahl vorangegangen waren Wochen, in denen massiver Druck von Seiten der Regierung ausge\u00fcbt wurde, einen anderen Kandidaten, n\u00e4mlich Ylli Gurra, zu w\u00e4hlen. Er gilt als Kandidat des t\u00fcrkischen Pr\u00e4sidenten Erdogan, und man sagt ihm eine N\u00e4he zu den Salafisten nach.<\/p>\n<p>Um diesen Druck aus Ankara zu unterstreichen war auch der Bruder des t\u00fcrkischen Pr\u00e4sidenten Mustafa Erdogan in Albanien anwesend. Gut informierte Kreise berichten \u00fcber direkte Interventionen durch Vertreter der t\u00fcrkischen Regierung \u00fcber die Botschaft in Albanien. Demnach haben sich der albanische Premierminister Edi Rama, der B\u00fcrgermeister von Tirana Erion Veliaj und der Fraktionschef der Sozialistischen Partei Taulant Balla massiv f\u00fcr Gurra eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Opposition protestierte heftig gegen die direkten Interventionen aus der T\u00fcrkei, aber auch gegen die Interventionen der sozialistischen Regierung Albaniens. Sie rief die Muftis dazu auf, ihre W\u00fcrde zu bewahren und die europ\u00e4ische Orientierung beizubehalten.<\/p>\n<p>Albanien hat ein massives Problem mit dem Anbau und dem Handel von Drogen. Spuren f\u00fchren immer wieder in h\u00f6chste Regierungskreise, die das Vorgehen der Drogenmafia deckt. Auch im konkreten Fall der Wahl der moslemischen Vertretung wird \u00fcber einen t\u00fcrkischen Agenten, der f\u00fchrend bei den Interventionen war, eine Verbindung zum Drogenhandel hergestellt. Unter anderem soll die sozialistische Regierung mit Erl\u00f6sen aus dem Drogengesch\u00e4ft massiven Stimmenkauf bei den vorigen Wahlen betrieben haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die T\u00fcrkei ist massiv in dem Balkan-Land vertreten. Ein Ziel ist der Ankauf von strategischer Infrastruktur. In diesem Zusammenhang wird immer wieder der Vorwurf von Korruption laut. So gingen 40 Prozent der albanischen Luftlinie an die T\u00fcrkei.
