{"id":1957,"date":"2019-11-09T09:15:37","date_gmt":"2019-11-09T08:15:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=1957"},"modified":"2019-11-09T09:15:37","modified_gmt":"2019-11-09T08:15:37","slug":"30-jahre-mauerfall-paneuropajugend-sieht-mahnmal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/30-jahre-mauerfall-paneuropajugend-sieht-mahnmal\/","title":{"rendered":"30 Jahre Mauerfall: Paneuropajugend sieht Mahnmal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Unterdr\u00fcckung und politische Gewalt m\u00fcssen der Vergangenheit angeh\u00f6ren \u2013 Unrechtsstaat DDR und seine Verbrechen sollten nicht gefeiert werden.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Heute vor 30 Jahren fiel die Berliner Mauer. \u201eSie war mehr als nur ein Symbol der Unterdr\u00fcckung \u2013 sie war ein Instrument der Trennung, des Terrors und der Qual\u201c, so Philipp Jauernik, Bundesvorsitzender der Paneuropajugend \u00d6sterreich, anl\u00e4sslich des Gedenktages. \u201eWir sollten nie vergessen, welches Leid durch die Unterdr\u00fcckung im sogenannten Ostblock entstanden ist.\u201c Die Geschichte solle daher auch in \u00d6sterreich als Mahnmal f\u00fcr das \u201eNie wieder\u201c, gegen Unterdr\u00fcckung und politischer Gewalt dienen. \u201eDas schulden wir auch den vielen Toten an allen Grenzen des Eisernen Vorhanges.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Als erschreckend bezeichnet Jauernik dabei besonders die Tendenzen, die Systeme hinter dem Eisernen Vorhang zu besch\u00f6nigen. \u201eEs kann gar kein Zweifel bestehen: Die DDR war ein Unrechtsstaat. Sonst h\u00e4tte sie die Mauer nicht gebraucht. Ein Staat, in dem Recht, Gerechtigkeit und Freiheit herrschen, braucht keine Mauer, um seine Bewohner einzusperren. In freien L\u00e4ndern m\u00fcssen Menschen nicht ihr Leben riskieren, wenn sie ausreisen wollen\u201c, so die unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Botschaft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAus der DDR haben tausende Menschen versucht zu fliehen. Viele bezahlten den Versuch mit ihrem Leben. An der Berliner Mauer wurde genauso geschossen wie an den sonstigen Teilen des Eisernen Vorhanges\u201c, erinnert Jauernik. Dass in Linz am Montag eine Jubelfeier mit Hans Bauer (ehem. stv. Generalstaatsanwalt der DDR) stattfindet, findet er daher \u201ezum Kopfsch\u00fctteln.
