Dies galt bisher als Tabu.<\/p>\n<p>In Deutschland haben nach dem Monatsbericht der Deutschen Bank schon rund 10 Prozent der Bankinstitute einen negativen Zinssatz gemeldet. Rund ein Viertel des Geldvolumens von Haushalten wird bereits durch Negativzins belastet. In \u00d6sterreich ist dies durch ein Urteil des OGH verboten. Einige Banken, die unter dem negativen Einlagenzinssatz leiden, verrechnen den Kunden einfach h\u00f6here Geb\u00fchren. \u00a0\u201eDie Enteignung der B\u00fcrger, durch hohe Abgaben und Steuern und nun auch via Sparkonto schreitet voran\u201c, zeigt sich Paneuropa-Generalsekret\u00e4r Rainhard Kloucek besorgt. \u201eMit einer Politik des billigen Geldes und massiv steigenden Staatsverschuldungen ist das nur eine Frage der Zeit.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Der n\u00e4chste Schritt k\u00f6nnte die Abschaffung des Bargeldes als Ganzes sein. Wenn nun auch renommierte Banker wie Andreas Treichl im \u201eStandard\u201c die die Sorge \u00fcber eine m\u00f6gliche Abschaffung von Bargeld als berechtigt bezeichnen, da Negativzinsen bei elektronischem Guthaben eher durchzusetzen seien, m\u00fcssen die Alarmglocken schrillen. \u201eDie Zeit, als man von einer Verschw\u00f6rungstheorie sprechen konnte, ist nun endg\u00fcltig vorbei\u201c, warnt Philipp Jauernik, Bundesvorsitzender der Paneuropajugend \u00d6sterreich. \u201eOhne Bargeld wird der gl\u00e4serne Mensch Realit\u00e4t.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich haben diverse Politiker, Parteien oder Banker wie John Cryan Vorschl\u00e4ge zu Bargeldverbot gemacht, in einigen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern gibt es schon Bargeldobergrenzen. Die EZB hat vor kurzem den Druck von 500 Euro-Scheinen eingestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Paneuropa \u00d6sterreich lehnt diese Beschr\u00e4nkungen der Freiheit des Einzelnen ab. Ohne Bargeld hat der B\u00fcrger keinerlei M\u00f6glichkeit mehr Produkte zu kaufen, ohne dass es digital nachverfolgbar w\u00e4re. Der Staat h\u00e4tte volle Kontrolle \u00fcber alle Kaufgewohnheiten seiner B\u00fcrger. Sparguthaben zu besitzen w\u00e4re bar nicht mehr m\u00f6glich. \u201eBargeld ist ein gedrucktes St\u00fcck Freiheit.
