Wer erinnert sich noch an das Bild: Neben der Kommissionspr\u00e4sidentin Ursula von der Leyen sa\u00df ein mageres M\u00e4dchen, das viel ernster in die Kameras blickte als die Politikerin. Das waren die Bilder, mit denen die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission den Green Deal bzw. die konkreten Ma\u00dfnahmen dazu pr\u00e4sentierte. Die Medien transportierten das Bild weiter, die Show verdr\u00e4ngte den Inhalt.<\/p>\n

Zwar wird in der sogenannten Klimapolitik immer wieder betont, wie wichtig die Wissenschaft sei, und dass man ihr vertrauen m\u00fcsse (auch was die teilweise furchterregenden Horrorszenarien betrifft, von denen manche Gott sei Dank bisher nicht eingetreten sind). Die wissenschaftliche Expertise einer siebzehnj\u00e4hrigen Schulschw\u00e4nzerin konnte bisher aber noch niemand erkl\u00e4ren.<\/p>\n

Mittlerweile haben wir ein ganz anderes Problem mit einem Virus, das sich rasant ausbreitet (und das auch die Wirtschaft trifft, was zu einer Senkung des CO2-Ausstosses beitragen wird). Pl\u00f6tzlich wird man wieder aufgerufen, doch der Wissenschaft zu glauben und der Politik zu vertrauen, die sich mit ihren Ma\u00dfnahmen eben genau auf diese Experten aus der Wissenschaft beruft. Die Show ist auf den martialischen Gesichtsausdruck des Innenministers reduziert.<\/p>\n

Ohne Hysterie werden Ma\u00dfnahmen verk\u00fcndet, die zwar immer wieder von den einen als \u00fcbertrieben, von den anderen als zu lax gesehen werden, die man (von gelegentlichen Hamsterk\u00e4ufen abgesehen) aber in der breiten Mehrheit der Bev\u00f6lkerung zur Kenntnis nimmt, und sich nach M\u00f6glichkeit auch daran h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n

Nach Jahren einer Showpolitik (neben der Klimapolitik muss man hier mindestens auch die Migrationspolitik und die Euro-Rettungspolitik nennen) hat sich die Bev\u00f6lkerung doch ein gutes Ma\u00df an Seriosit\u00e4t bewahrt. Sie akzeptiert politische Entscheidungen, auch wenn sie nicht mit l\u00e4cherlichen Bildern verkauft werden.<\/p>\n

Ja, wir nehmen der Politik sogar ab, dass hier niemand an der Etablierung einer Diktatur arbeitet. Das n\u00e4hrt die Hoffnung, dass Politik in Zukunft doch wieder mehr auf Vernunft baut.<\/p>\n
