{"id":2307,"date":"2020-10-30T11:31:14","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T10:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=2307"},"modified":"2020-10-30T11:31:14","modified_gmt":"2020-10-30T10:31:14","slug":"ukraine-muss-reformversprechen-erfuellen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/ukraine-muss-reformversprechen-erfuellen\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine muss Reformversprechen erf\u00fcllen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Ukraine muss Reformversprechen erf\u00fcllen: Die\u00a0Skandalentscheidung des Verfassungsgerichts schadet dem Land \u2013 Parlament muss handeln.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nach der skandal\u00f6sen Entscheidung des Verfassungsgerichts, die wichtigsten Punkte der Anti-Korruptions-Reform im \u00f6ffentlichen Dienst f\u00fcr nichtig zu erkl\u00e4ren, muss die ukrainische Regierung ihrerseits handeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die Deklarationspflicht f\u00fcr Politiker und \u00f6ffentlich Bedienstete war einer der wichtigsten Schritte im Kampf gegen Korruption. \u201eZudem ist es ein zentraler Bestandteil der Visaliberalisierung f\u00fcr Ukrainer durch die EU\u201c, erinnert Stefan Hab\u00f6ck, internationaler Referent von Paneuropa \u00d6sterreich und warnt: \u201eDiese Liberalisierung steht nun auf der Kippe!\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die Regierung und Pr\u00e4sident Zelensky sowie die Volksvertretung m\u00fcssen endlich hart durchgreifen gegen die korrupten Netzwerke im Land.\u00a0Die EU und Partner der Ukraine m\u00fcssen ihrerseits wohl den Druck erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEine generelle Bestrafung der ukrainischen B\u00fcrger, wie durch Entzug der Visafreiheit, schadet jedoch den unbescholtenen B\u00fcrgern und w\u00fcrde den Frust nur erh\u00f6hen\u201c, warnt Rainhard Kloucek, Generalsekret\u00e4r der Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich.
