{"id":2588,"date":"2021-06-17T11:42:06","date_gmt":"2021-06-17T09:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=2588"},"modified":"2021-06-17T11:42:06","modified_gmt":"2021-06-17T09:42:06","slug":"wb6-konferenz-in-wien-paneuropa-fordert-konkrete-schritte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/wb6-konferenz-in-wien-paneuropa-fordert-konkrete-schritte\/","title":{"rendered":"WB6-Konferenz in Wien: Paneuropa fordert konkrete Schritte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">\u00d6sterreichs Rolle als starker Partner gefordert \u2013 Strategische Perspektive muss gekl\u00e4rt werden!<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Die morgen, Freitag, in Wien stattfindende Westbalkankonferenz wird seitens der Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich als positives Zeichen gewertet, dass \u00d6sterreich seiner traditionellen Rolle als starker Verb\u00fcndeter der Staaten S\u00fcdosteuropas weiterhin gerecht wird. \u201eSchon f\u00fcr die EU-Beitritte Kroatiens und Sloweniens hat Wien politisch eine entscheidende Rolle gespielt\u201c, kommentiert Rainhard Kloucek, Generalsekret\u00e4r der Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich. Diese Rolle \u00d6sterreichs brauche es nun weiterhin und verst\u00e4rkt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Auch den noch nicht der EU beigetretenen Staaten, deren Regierungschefs sich nun in Wien versammeln, wurde bereits 2003 in Thessaloniki die Beitrittsperspektive er\u00f6ffnet. \u201eSeither\u201c, so Kloucek, \u201esind die Fortschritte bescheiden. Die EU-Staaten sind strategisch zu wenig geeint und machen, wie etwa Frankreich oder die Niederlande, in Wahrheit Innenpolitik, wenn sie konkrete Ann\u00e4herungsschritte verhindern\u201c. Neben erfreulichen bilateralen Konferenzen brauche es eine klare strategische Perspektive, um endlich die Erweiterung in Angriff zu nehmen. Nun brauche es also konkrete Schritte, um den L\u00e4ndern auch die Fortschritte in der Ann\u00e4herung zu geben, die sie sich mit ihren vielen Reformen verdient haben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Entscheidend sei, so Philipp Jauernik, Vorsitzender der Paneuropajugend \u00d6sterreich, \u201edass Europa Stabilit\u00e4t exportieren muss, anstatt Instabilit\u00e4t zu importieren. Der Westbalkan wird geopolitisch kein Machtvakuum sein. Die betreffenden L\u00e4nder suchen nach einer starken Partnerschaft, und wir als EU sind ihre erste Wahl. Das ist gut und richtig, aber nicht garantiert: Auch Russland, China und die USA bieten ihnen Partnerschaften. Wenn wir sie noch lange am ausgestreckten Arm verhungern lassen, darf es uns nicht wundern, wenn sie andere Angebote annehmen.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Der Westbalkangipfel ist f\u00fcr die Paneuropabewegung ein weiterer Beleg daf\u00fcr, dass die EU eine tats\u00e4chlich europ\u00e4ische Au\u00dfenpolitik etabliert, wie sie Karl von Habsburg in seiner <\/span><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/rede-zur-zukunft-europas-2\/#more-2392\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;\">Rede zur Zukunft Europas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"> gefordert hat.
