{"id":2983,"date":"2022-10-24T13:42:54","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:42:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=2983"},"modified":"2022-10-24T13:42:54","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T11:42:54","slug":"paneuropa-ukraine-resolution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/paneuropa-ukraine-resolution\/","title":{"rendered":"Paneuropa Ukraine Resolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Paneuropa-Union \u2013 im Rahmen Ihrer Sitzung des Pr\u00e4sidiums in Zagreb am 22.10.2022 \u2013 hat zum russischen Vernichtungskrieg gegen die Ukraine folgende Punkte beschlossen \/ The Paneuropean Union \u2013 at its International Board meeting in Zagreb on 22 October 2022 \u2013 has decided upon the following points on the Russian War of destruction against Ukraine:<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schockiert \u00fcber den flagranten Bruch aller B\u00fcrger- und Menschenrechte durch die Russischen Angreifer<\/li>\n<li>) entsetzt \u00fcber die direkten Angriffe auf zivile Ziele und vor allem Kinder.<\/li>\n<li>sowie \u00fcber die Zerst\u00f6rung wichtiger Infrastruktur wie Elektrizit\u00e4t, Krankenh\u00e4user. Schulen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>a) fordert die EU auf m\u00f6glichst rasch neue wirksame Boykottma\u00dfnahmen gegen das Putin-Regime zu ergreifen<\/li>\n<li>b) die notwendige milit\u00e4rische und humanit\u00e4re Hilfe an die Ukraine zu liefern um die die Regierung in Kyiv bittet.<\/li>\n<li>c) definiert das klare Kriegsziel: Wiederherstellung der territorialen Integrit\u00e4t der Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>d) verlangt die Schaffung der legistischen Voraussetzungen, um im Westen eingefrorene russische Verm\u00f6gen f\u00fcr den Wiederaufbau der Ukraine einsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<li>e) fordert entsprechende Reparationszahlungen Russlands, um die Sch\u00e4den in der Ukraine zu reparieren, aber fordert auch Reparationszahlungen f\u00fcr die Fl\u00fcchtlinge, deren H\u00f6he sich an den Geh\u00e4ltern der russischen S\u00f6ldner orientiert<\/li>\n<li>f) pl\u00e4diert f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung der Zivilgesellschaft in Russland, die f\u00fcr eine demokratische und rechtsstaatliche Entwicklung des Landes eintreten.<\/li>\n<li>g) und wird sich nach einem Regime-Change in Moskau f\u00fcr die Wiedereingliederung eines reformierten Russland in die internationale Staatengemeinschaft einsetzen.<\/li>\n<li>h) ruft die internationale Gemeinschaft auf, die Untersuchungen und die Arbeit des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofes \u00fcber Kriegsverbrechen, Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und staatlichen Terrorismus der russischen Regierung gegen die Ukraine zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/li>\n<li>i) setzt sich daf\u00fcr ein, den Holodomor als Genozid (V\u00f6lkermord) anzuerkennen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shocked by the overall breach of civil-and human rights through the Russian attackers<\/li>\n<li>desperate about the direct attacks against civilian aims and especially children.<\/li>\n<li>As well as about the destruction of important infrastructure like electricity, hospitals, and schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Urges the EU to undertake more, new and noticeable boycott measures against the Putin r\u00e9gime.<\/li>\n<li>Asks the EU to swiftly organize the military and humanitarian aide to Ukraine which Kyiv is asking for.<\/li>\n<li>Asks the EU, to clearly define the aim of the war: The final definition must be, to regain the territorial integrity of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>Requires the quick creation of the legal prerogatives so that Russian frozen assets in the West can be used for the reconstruction of Ukraine.<\/li>\n<li>Demands reparation payments from Russia to be able to repair all damage suffered in Ukraine by the war, and also demands reparation payments for all refugees, and the standard payments being based on the monthly sums being paid to Russian mercenaries.<\/li>\n<li>Pleads to support the civil society in Russia that fights for a development of Rule of Law in the country.<\/li>\n<li>After a regime change in Moscow we will work for the reintegration of a reformed Russia into the international society of states.<\/li>\n<li>calls on the International Community to support the work and inquiries of the International Criminal Court on war crimes, crimes against humanity and state terrorism implemented in Ukraine by the current government of the Russian Federation.<\/li>\n<li>Calls to recognice Holodomor as Genocide<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Die Paneuropa-Union \u2013 im Rahmen Ihrer Sitzung des Pr\u00e4sidiums in Zagreb am 22.10.2022 \u2013 hat zum russischen Vernichtungskrieg gegen die Ukraine folgende Punkte beschlossen \/ The Paneuropean Union \u2013 at <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":1780,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"pmpro_default_level":"","_price":"","_stock":"","_tribe_ticket_header":"","_tribe_default_ticket_provider":"","_tribe_ticket_capacity":"","_ticket_start_date":"","_ticket_end_date":"","_tribe_ticket_show_description":"","_tribe_ticket_show_not_going":false,"_tribe_ticket_use_global_stock":"","_tribe_ticket_global_stock_level":"","_global_stock_mode":"","_global_stock_cap":"","_tribe_rsvp_for_event":"","_tribe_ticket_going_count":"","_tribe_ticket_not_going_count":"","_tribe_tickets_list":"[]","_tribe_ticket_has_attendee_info_fields":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[18],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-2983","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-medien","pmpro-has-access"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
