{"id":3181,"date":"2023-11-08T15:47:26","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T14:47:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.paneuropa.at\/?p=3181"},"modified":"2023-11-08T15:47:26","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T14:47:26","slug":"ukraine-georgien-moldau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pan.thatscommunication.de\/en\/ukraine-georgien-moldau\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine, Georgien, Moldau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Statement von Generalsekret\u00e4r <span class=\"xv78j7m\">Rainhard Kloucek<\/span> und Vizepr\u00e4sident <span class=\"xv78j7m\">Stefan Hab\u00f6ck<\/span> zu der heutigen Empfehlung der <span class=\"xv78j7m\">Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission<\/span> bez\u00fcglich Ukraine, Georgien und Moldau:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Wir begr\u00fcssen den Vorschlag der Kommission, Beitrittsverhandlungen mit der Ukraine und Moldau aufzunehmen, sowie Georgien den Kandidatenstatus zu gew\u00e4hren. Erweiterungspolitik ist neben den Handelsabkommen der wichtigste geopolitische Hebel der EU und daher fundamentaler Bestandteil europ\u00e4ischer Politik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als Paneuropa \u00d6sterreich richten wir vier dringende Appelle an die EU-Staaten, sowie an die Ukraine, Georgien und Moldau:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. Die Erweiterungsverhandlungen m\u00fcssen ernsthaft gef\u00fchrt werden. Von innenpolitisch motivierten Spielchen ist Abstand zu nehmen. Europa ist nicht in der Situation, schwach zu sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Alle in den Erweiterungsl\u00e4ndern verantwortlichen Personen und Institutionen m\u00fcssen ihrerseits s\u00e4mtliche notwendigen Reformen im Bereich Demokratie, Rechtsstaat und Marktwirtschaft so rasch als m\u00f6glich umsetzen. Das nicht nur zum Selbstzweck des EU-Beitritts, sondern zum Vorteil der B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Georgien kommt besondere geopolitische Bedeutung zu: Die EU muss vor allem hier achtsam sein, um den imperialistischen Ambitionen von Russland generell und von Aserbaidschan gegen Armenien, keinen Raum zu lassen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4.
