Da die meisten dieser L\u00e4nder direkt mit Russland verb\u00fcndet sind, fragt man sich, was solche Gespr\u00e4che bringen sollen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Macron scheint verstanden zu haben, worum es geht. Der russische Tyrann versteht nur St\u00e4rke. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich haben alle westlichen Garantiem\u00e4chte des Budapester Memorandums das Recht, die Ukraine mit Streitkr\u00e4ften zu unterst\u00fctzen. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich hat die Ukraine das Recht, andere L\u00e4nder um Unterst\u00fctzung zu bitten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die meisten Politiker, die die Idee zur Entsendung von Bodentruppen ablehnen, haben leider wenig Ahnung, was Krieg bedeutet. Wenn sie Bodentruppen h\u00f6ren, dann denken sie sofort daran, dass dann \u201eunsere Buben\u201c in einem Gemetzel im Donbas eingesetzt werden. Aber Krieg ist deutlich mehr als nur ein Gemetzel. Krieg ist vor allem eine logistische Angelegenheit. Europ\u00e4ische Truppen k\u00f6nnten milit\u00e4rische Logistikaufgaben in der Ukraine \u00fcbernehmen. Sie k\u00f6nnten Ausbildungen in der Ukraine \u00fcbernehmen. Sie k\u00f6nnten aber beispielsweise auch einen Sicherungseinsatz an der Grenze zwischen der Ukraine und Belarus \u00fcbernehmen. Eventuell sogar kombiniert mit Flugverbotszonen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dann k\u00f6nnte die Ukraine frische Truppen an die Front schicken, ein neuerlicher Einmarsch des russischen Terrorstaates \u00fcber Belarus w\u00e4re selbst f\u00fcr den Tyrannen in Moskau ein zu riskantes Spiel. Unabh\u00e4ngig davon braucht es nat\u00fcrlich eine massive Lieferung von milit\u00e4rischem Ger\u00e4t an die Ukraine. Denn eines ist in diesem Krieg ganz klar: jedes Z\u00f6gern ermutigt Moskau weiter zu eskalieren und damit das Leid der Ukrainer in die L\u00e4nge zu ziehen. Jedes Z\u00f6gern erh\u00f6ht die Opferzahl auf beiden Seiten. Je schneller die Ukraine die notwendige Unterst\u00fctzung bekommt, desto schneller ist der Krieg vorbei. Wenn dadurch auch das derzeitige Verbrecherregime in Moskau f\u00e4llt, ist das nur ein Kollateralnutzen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ground troops for Ukraine<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

The Russian tyrant escalates his war of annihilation against Ukraine whenever he wants. He started the war and has now prepared himself for a long war. We do not know whether he will use tactical nuclear weapons. This decision is independent of European actions. Macron seems to have understood what is at stake. The Russian tyrant only understands strength. Of course all Western guarantor powers of the Budapest Memorandum have the right to support Ukraine with armed forces. Of course Ukraine has the right to ask other countries for support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most politicians who reject the idea of deploying ground troops unfortunately have no idea what war means. When they hear ground troops, they immediately think of “our boys” being deployed in a massacre in the Donbas. But war is much more than just a slaughter. War is above all a logistical matter. European troops could take on military logistics tasks in Ukraine. They could provide training in Ukraine. But they could also, for example, take on a security mission on the border between Ukraine and Belarus. Possibly even combined with no-fly zones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ukraine could then send fresh troops to the front; a renewed invasion via Belarus by the Russian terrorist state would be a gamble, too risky even for the tyrant in Moscow. Irrespective of this, a massive delivery of military equipment to Ukraine is of course necessary. Because one thing is very clear in this war: every hesitation encourages Moscow to escalate further and thus prolong the suffering of the Ukrainians. Every hesitation increases the number of victims on both sides. The sooner Ukraine receives the necessary support, the sooner the war will be over. If the current criminal regime in Moscow also falls as a result, then this will only be a collateral benefit.<\/span><\/p>\n

DES TROUPES AU SOL POUR L\u2019UKRAINE<\/b><\/span><\/h5>\n

Lorsque l’on a compris la mani\u00e8re d’agir de Poutine,\u00a0 <\/span>les propos du pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais Emanuel Macron ne sont que logiques: il faut envisager d’envoyer des troupes au sol en Ukraine. Bien s\u00fbr, le toll\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Un homme politique autrichien ayant une formation militaire a imm\u00e9diatement pris la parole et a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la place des n\u00e9gociations avec les pays du BRICS. La plupart de ces pays \u00e9tant directement alli\u00e9s \u00e0 la Russie, on peut se demander \u00e0 quoi serviraient de telles discussions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Macron semble avoir compris de quoi il s’agit. Le tyran russe ne comprend que la force. Bien entendu, toutes les puissances occidentales garantes du m\u00e9morandum de Budapest ont le droit de soutenir l’Ukraine avec des forces arm\u00e9es. Bien entendu, l’Ukraine a le droit de demander l’aide d’autres pays.<\/span><\/p>\n

L’Ukraine pourrait alors envoyer des troupes fra\u00eeches sur le front, une nouvelle invasion de l’Etat terroriste russe par la Bi\u00e9lorussie serait un jeu trop risqu\u00e9, m\u00eame pour le tyran de Moscou. Ind\u00e9pendamment de cela, il faut bien s\u00fbr une livraison massive de mat\u00e9riel militaire \u00e0 l’Ukraine. Car une chose est tr\u00e8s claire dans cette guerre : toute h\u00e9sitation encourage Moscou \u00e0 poursuivre l’escalade et \u00e0 prolonger ainsi la souffrance des Ukrainiens. Chaque h\u00e9sitation augmente le nombre de victimes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Plus vite l’Ukraine recevra le soutien n\u00e9cessaire, plus vite la guerre sera termin\u00e9e. Si cela entra\u00eene \u00e9galement la chute du r\u00e9gime criminel actuel de Moscou, ce ne sera qu’un avantage collat\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/p>\n
