Zuletzt hatte der Chef der Deutschen Bank, John Cryan, das Ende von Bargeld gefordert. Dann legte die SPD nach, in dem sie eine Obergrenze f\u00fcr Bargeldzahlungen vorschlug.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDas Bargeld ist ein gedrucktes St\u00fcck Freiheit, diese Freiheit abschaffen zu wollen, ist der n\u00e4chste Schritt in einen totalen Staat!\u201c, warnt der Pr\u00e4sident der Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich, Karl von Habsburg.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Obergrenzen von Bargeldgesch\u00e4ften sind in einigen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern schon eingef\u00fchrt, unter anderem erlauben Frankreich und Italien Bargesch\u00e4fte nur bis 3000\u20ac. Deutschland diskutiert nun eine Obergrenze von 5000\u20ac.<\/p>\n<p>Vorrangiges Argument sei die Bek\u00e4mpfung der Terrorfinanzierung und des Schwarzmarktes. Nat\u00fcrlich hat es aber auch Auswirkungen auf den B\u00fcrger. \u201eDie vorgeschlagenen Zahlen sind willk\u00fcrlich genannte Betr\u00e4ge und k\u00f6nnen nat\u00fcrlich auch auf 1000\u20ac oder 500\u20ac gesenkt werden, \u201c erkl\u00e4rt Habsburg und f\u00fchrt aus, dass dies unweigerlich in ein Bargeldverbot f\u00fchren wird.<br \/>\nDie Paneuropabewegung \u00d6sterreich lehnt diese Beschr\u00e4nkungen der Freiheit des Einzelnen ab. Ohne Bargeld hat der B\u00fcrger keinerlei M\u00f6glichkeit mehr ein Produkt zu kaufen, ohne dass es digital nachverfolgbar w\u00e4re. Der gl\u00e4serne Mensch w\u00e4re Realit\u00e4t. Der Staat h\u00e4tte volle Kontrolle \u00fcber alle Kaufgewohnheiten seiner B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger. Sparguthaben zu besitzen w\u00e4re bar nicht mehr m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDiese Entwicklung, im Namen der Terrorbek\u00e4mpfung s\u00e4mtliche Freiheiten der B\u00fcrger zu beschr\u00e4nken, ist eine h\u00f6chst gef\u00e4hrliche und sollte die B\u00fcrgergesellschaft alarmieren!\u201c betont Karl von Habsburg.<\/p>\n<h3>Information:<\/h3>\n<p>Die Paneuropa-Union ist die \u00e4lteste europ\u00e4ische Einigungsbewegung, gegr\u00fcndet 1922 von Richard Coudenhove-Kalergie.
