Philipp Jauernik Philipp Jauernik has been a member of the Presidium of the Paneuropean Movement Austria since 2013. For several years, he also concurrently served as the National Chairman of the Paneuropean Youth. Rainhard Kloucek Rainhard Kloucek has been at the head of the Paneuropa Movement Austria since 2024. Previously, he served as the organisation's Secretary General from 1999.
